Only 150 hand-painted Delft Blue bottles have been produced for this exclusive release. Created specially for the 2025 Expo by Master Perfumer Wessel-Jan Kos (DSM-Firmenich), the fragrance—New Dawn—is a refined composition built around white and green tea, complemented by a delicate floral accord of jasmine, magnolia, and orris, and resting on a smooth foundation of musk and amber.
“In designing this fragrance, I drew inspiration from the first Dutch traders permitted to enter Japan centuries ago,” shares Wessel-Jan Kos. “At the time, Japan was an isolated nation, and I imagined what it must have been like to encounter its unique culture, language, and rituals for the first time. I reflected on what they might have traded, which led me to tea—the central theme of New Dawn.”
This limited-edition perfume will be available exclusively at the Expo, with only 150 bottles produced.
